Metcon-Based Athletic Conditioning (40 min)
This isn’t just a workout—it’s training. Everyday Athlete is our high-energy, full-body class that builds functional strength, endurance, and athleticism through constantly varied, timed workouts. Expect dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, bodyweight movements, and a serious push to become stronger, faster, and more capable in everyday life.

Strength & Skill-Based Functional Fitness
For those ready to lift heavier and move with purpose. Barbell & Beyond is a semi-private strength training class rooted in athletic performance. We focus on technique, power, and progressive overload using barbells, sleds, and compound movements. These sessions blend lifting and conditioning to build explosive strength and total-body resilience.
